Mid-autumn Festival Symposium (2018) for foreign teachers and students was held in the Executive Office Building on September 26th. The university initiated the recruitment of foreign students in 2009. Students from U.S.A, Canada, Russia, Brazil, Japan, Korea, the Philippines, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sudan, Côte d'Ivoire, Gabon, Angola, Zambia, Egypt and other countries have been enrolled so far. The activity of Search for my Chinese Root for Chinese descendants from the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia has also been undertaken by the university for eight years in succession since 2011.
