According to the agreement, Quanzhou Ecology and Environment Bureau will apply for a fund of 40 million yuan to invest in the building of the city’s first atmospheric environment monitoring superstation in QNU. Atmospheric environment monitoring superstation is an important link of urban ambient air quality monitoring and a comprehensive platform for carrying out scientific research on atmospheric compound pollution, testing advanced measurement technology, predicting and warning urban atmospheric environment pollution, etc. The construction of the superstation will provide the platform support for scientific research and talent training of relevant disciplines in QNU. It will also become an important base for talent exchange and science popularization in the field of atmospheric environment, providing decision-making support for the improvement of air quality in Quanzhou and ensuring the scientific and technological innovation as well as the sustainable economic development of the city. 对照阅读
