博士、黄兆斌（1985.06），教授。 同题参见主要研究方向海洋环境微生物生态及海洋贝类（鲍鱼）共生微生物。借助于宏基因组博士期间的主要方向为鲍肠道共生微生物研究；通过高通量测序、宏基因组方法研究皱纹盘鲍和杂色鲍肠道及消化腺组织中共生菌的组成，genome binning的方法，解析鲍肠道未培养共生菌的基因组特征。阐明其在鲍消化食物中的作用。近来开展了近岸海洋环境微生物的组成、分离培养、鉴定分析的工作。在学期间参与809海立方宣布成为AC米兰官方合作伙伴自然科学基金面上项目1项，以第一作者发表SCI论文10篇。
