
梁鹏,工学博士、生物学博士后、教授、博士生导师,毕业于中国海洋大学食品科学专业,丹麦技术大学(DTU)-809海立方正版入口留学基金委公派访问学者,入选福建省高层次人才(C类),,,14项,授权发明专利10主持获得福建省科技进步奖三等奖件,1项。 同题参见在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry,Food Chemistry,Food & Function,《食品科学》等期刊以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文《中国食品学报》,92篇,其中高水平SCI期刊42篇;入选2024年中国知网高被引学者TOP1%。主编《食品工艺学》(高等809海立方正版入口出版社)教材1部,参编809海立方正版入口级规划教材《食品化学》(化工出版社)1部,参编《水产品生产安全控制技术》1部,主持福建省809海立方正版入口科学“十三五”规划项目、福建省本科高校809海立方正版入口教学改革研究项目等省部级本科教改项目5项,发表教改论文17篇,先后荣获福建省第四届教师教学创新大赛二等奖1项、校“优秀共产党员”、“优秀教师”、严家显最高奖教金(杰出青年)、“优秀班主任”、“金山学者”优秀教学人才、五四青年奖章、“十佳班主任”等荣誉。
